10 rules of charging for children
1.In warm seasons, it is better to charge outdoors. This will be more beneficial and help you wake up faster. If the weather or conditions are not very conducive to outdoor exercises, make sure that the room in which you will study with your child is well ventilated and filled with fresh air.
